What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking a Contracts Administrator within the Shared Services Center. Contracts is a strategic business partner to CACI with an aim to deliver balanced business deals and building impactful customer relationships. The Contracts Administrator serves as the official face of the Program to the customer and performs essential communication, negotiation, and contract management duties from opportunity capture through Program execution. In this role you are responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships with the Contracting Officer or Prime Contractor,
Negotiating NDAs and TAs,
Participating in proposal reviews,
Conducting OCI screenings,
Providing risk assessments and recommending mitigation approaches,
Negotiating price, terms, and conditions with clients,
Interpreting contract terms and handling subsequent issues, and
Attending client meetings, IPRs, PMRs
More About the Role:
Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments to include proposals and contracts,
Build and maintain relationships with the Government Contracting Offices or Prime Contractor for your Program(s),
Apply business acumen and Government acquisition knowledge to develop negotiation strategies for contract price and term and advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
Lead negotiations with customer contracts and procurement counterparts
Collaborate with procurement to ensure risk is properly assessed and allocated.
Ensure compliance with CACI Contracts policies and guidelines as well as with US Government regulations
Influence internal and external stakeholders through use of facts, policies, and acquisition best practices.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3 or more years of related (Federal Government contract administration) work experience.
Established and productive professional individual contributor
Works independently with general supervision and exhibits excellent teamwork skills
Able to interpret and analyze contract and regulation information.
Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, GSA Schedules and DoD regulations.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Certification(s) in Contract Management, i.e. CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, CCMP
Government Contract Management Certification
