What You’ll Get to Do:
At CACI, we are thrilled to open our new Shared Services Center (SSC) in Oklahoma City, OK! Our SSC will be home to hundreds of CACI team members working in critical corporate functions, such as Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Contracts, Procurement, Security and Human Resources.
As the Business/Systems Analyst - Hardware, you are responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements. Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices. Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions. Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel. Produces functional design specifications based on user requirements.
More About the Role:
Primarily responsible for vendor relations activities related to hardware and maintenance agreements for the entire corporation.
Interfaces directly with IT vendors to negotiate and manage relationships and contracts.
Conducts vendor agreement reviews to determine rights and obligations, reporting requirements and audit terms and communicates to appropriate internal resources.
Monitors internal process compliance to ensure reporting is completed to meet required dates.
Assists in facilitation of use of tools for reconciliation, inventory and audits.
Provides hardware ownership and compliance reporting utilizing ITSM tools.
Manages lifecycle replacement schedule for all corporately owned workstations.
Contributes to architectural discussions for hardware standards and offer recommendations for vendor agreements.
Provides detailed reports to senior management levels suitable for presentations.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically has a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.
IAITAM (CHAMP, CITAM) or equivalent certification required
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Prior experience working in a shared service environment highly preferred
