CACI International Innovation / Process Optimization Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Job Description


  • CACI is seeking a Manager to support the SSC in innovation and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, reporting and coordinating day to day activities for both organizational requirements and implementation of innovation insertion and process improvement. Provides strategic guidance to the SSC management and staff in ways that promote the company's culture and will be an excellent leader in managing staff of different disciplines to produce innovation and process improvement results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics to improve overall performance. The goal is to ensure that all processes and operations deliver the desirable outcome to the organization while increasing efficiencies and enabling the business.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of related experience.

  • Ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.

  • Detail oriented and organized; able to understand work problems and procedures and ensure accuracy of work and careful documentation.

  • Able to understand the day-to-day operational needs of customers; identify problems in business processes and systems and propose solutions that meet user needs.

  • Process improvement identification and implementation experience.

  • Project management tool expertise, including but not limited to MS Project

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • Proven history of driving efficiencies that directly contributed to measurable cost savings

  • Proven history of deploying complex IT process and system improvements

  • Experience with innovation insertion, including full accountability for project management and delivery

  • Experience with continual service improvement and service delivery frameworks such as ISO and ITIL
