This position has responsibility for maintaining a system that contains or is directly exposed to ITAR/CUI. ITAR specifically limits access to U.S. persons.
Conduct impact analysis for software changes.
Produce detailed specifications and write software code utilizing .NET/C#.
Develop front end as well as back end console applications.
Develop complex batch jobs to move data between back office systems.
Work closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.
Conduct unit tests and document findings.
Support formal testing in controlled environment before code is promoted to production.
Adhere to program configuration change control standards.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be proficient in both front-end web development as well as back end console application development using .NET/C#.
Must be proficient in Oracle or SQL Server database design and SQL.
Ability to learn new functional areas quickly
Ability to debug / trace code and resolve issues quickly.
Requires technical knowledge of .NET programming typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Typically has a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience with back office systems (i.e.. Accounting, Contracts, HR, etc.) for a Government Contractor preferred.
