CACI has an exciting new opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team of passionate Human Resources professionals. In this position, you will assist and support the Recruiting Team with various tasks associated with the hiring process. You will also perform a variety of administrative functions to ensure the offer to onboarding process is completed in a timely manner with qualified candidates.
This position will be seated in our Shared Service Center in Oklahoma City, OK with a hybrid work environment.
What You'll Get to Do:
You will support Internship programs and assist with intern hiring and onboarding and organize CACI sponsored intern events, when applicable.
You will get to support college, civilian and Military hiring events while partnering with recruiting teams to ensure CACI is participating in key recruiting events. This will be including event registration, ordering giveaways, and providing CACI collateral packages.
Must be able to multi-task when necessary and effectively manage shifting priorities.
Must possess and demonstrate strong customer service abilities and collaboration skills.
More About the Role:
You will organize and coordinate recruiting events including selection of venues.
Be responsible for the creation, review and posting of job requisitions.
Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) for the tracking of career fair candidates and prospects.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for standard and veteran related HR inquiries.
You'll Bring these Qualifications:
Position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
0 – 3 years of HR and/or recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience.
Entry level of proficiency with Microsoft Tools.
Operate with a sense of urgency, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be customer service oriented.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, not required.
Experience in general HR functions is preferred.
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and/or ServiceNow.
