What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI International Inc has openings for mid-level Security Support professionals in our Shared Services Center (SSC) in Oklahoma City! In compliance with the NISPOM, administer routine aspects of the DOD or other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Second level security processor who review SF86 security questionnaires /Agency nomination packages and ensure that DD-254 packages are complete. Coordination with customer security representatives to process security clearance applications will be required.

More About the Role:

The candidate will handle larger volume accounts and/or process higher level clearance applications or clearances for those agencies whose process is more complex. Production levels will be higher than the lower, entry level security support processors. Candidate shall have a demonstrated ability to collect and organize data in a cohesive manner for use in the Security primary database system, Fresh Haystack. The candidate must be able to verify clearance levels in JPAS and perform various tasks in conjunction with processing applications for initial clearances, security clearance upgrades and periodic reinvestigations. Candidate shall also have the ability and flexibility to move from one task to another and to be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience

  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

  • Possess an active Secret-level clearance or higher or have the ability to obtain one

  • Strong oral communication skills and ability to work well in a dynamic team environment

  • Serve as a trainer to entry level security processors

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Three to five years of security-related experience

  • Have previous industrial security experience and a working knowledge of the NISPOM

  • Possess practical knowledge of and experience with JPAS, e-QIP, and databases that serve as the security system of record (ie, Fresh Haystack)

  • FSO Certification

  • Competed DSSA course - JPAS/JCAVS Virtual Training for Security Professionals

  • Experience completing DD-254 packages, fingerprinting (use of fingerprinting system/software and SWFT), preparation of visit authorization letters (VALs), use of JPAS, and coordination with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements

  • Competed DSSA course - Introduction to Personnel Security

  • Have security experience in the U.S. Government, DoD, Intelligence, or contractor community

  • Ability to eventually obtain a Top Secret/SCI access level clearance
