CACI is seeking a Support Technician - Cyber Operations at our client location in Oklahoma City, OK

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Act as a 2nd level of repair and troubleshooting for data center operations, networks, virtual environment and tools specifically designed to support the mission

  • Act as a SME (subject matter expert) on processes and procedures for platform support.

  • Understand the road map of the platform to make modifications to ensure that training for yourself and the training for unit personnel gets organized for the best time.

  • Plan and improve instructional performance through an understanding of the issues that impacted the platform.

More About the Role:

You will act as one of the rotating personnel supporting the entire platform. You would act as a second level of support for technical issues and work with military personnel on current and future training needs for all.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance

  • Excellent understanding of internal processes of SCW-1

  • Experience in IT data center operations

  • Understanding of Navy Training Systems

  • Has experience in one or more of the following areas

  • Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or equivalent in any Windows Server edition not earlier than Windows Server 2012.

  • VM Ware implementation and Support

  • Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$60,400 - $126,900
