At CACI, we are thrilled to open our new Shared Services Center (SSC) in Oklahoma City, OK! Our SSC will be home to hundreds of CACI team members working in critical corporate functions, such as Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Contracts, Procurement, Security and Human Resources

What You’ll Get to Do:

The Technical Buyer to manage all aspects of purchasing and supplier relationships.

The Technical Buyer will play a vital role in CACI’s operations and contribute to the overall success of the Company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, researching, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, building supplier relationships, working directly with the Engineering and Product teams to support their procurement needs and ensure suppliers understand and are able to meet company requirements

Responsible for identifying and vetting sources, soliciting quotes for Bill of Materials, and negotiating terms and best value. Post-award action includes issuing purchase order awards, handling purchasing management related issues, and supporting indirect procurement activity. Other duties include working w/DCMA to preserve an Approved Purchasing System, manage the Purchasing Card Program, and Category Management across the entire company. Must hold a warrant in compliance with the CACI Procurement Policy and CACI’s signature authority database

More about the Role:

  • Partner with internal customers to ensure completion of source selection and procurement's that meet program requirements (schedule, cost and quality); develop second/additional sources as needed.

  • Be an active partner to work through technical processes for the Supply Chain team.

  • Actively manage the procurement process from cradle to grave

  • Procurement's will be in accordance with the FAR/DFAR and contractual obligations and CACI policy and procedures.

  • Lead formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions) to contractual requirements.

  • Manage supplier performance.

  • Support Planning/Shipping & Receiving/Inventory efforts.

  • Negotiate Blanket Purchase Orders, Long-Term Agreements to making ordering critical material more efficient

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering related degree preferred

  • Familiarity with FAR/DFAR

  • Familiar with Supply Chain best practices

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • 5+ years' experience in Radio Frequency (RF) Systems procurement

  • Including experience with procurement of antenna subsystems, RF conditioning components (e.g., filters, low-noise amplifiers), and software-defined radio (SDR) components (including receivers, digitizers, processors, digital-to-analog converters, and signal/waveform generation components)

  • Experience procuring associated mechanical subsystems, including SDR chassis, antenna mounting structures, and thermal management subsystems (e.g., heat sinks and heat pipes)

  • Experience procuring components and subsystems for RF system manufacture/assembly

  • Familiarity with RF and mechanical systems modelling is desired

  • Familiarity with pertinent RF system design guidelines (e.g., CE certification requirements, FCC guidelines and regulations, IEEE standards, and NEC standards) is desired

  • Familiar with CPSR Audits and DCMA requirements

  • Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Government Contracts

  • Understanding of price analysis methodologies

  • Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
