What You’ll Get to Do:
As the Travel Auditor you will review travel and miscellaneous reimbursements for CACI employees across the organization and analyze each report to make sure it is accurate and has proper backup, in accordance with CACI policy and the JTR.
More About the Role:
Receive inquiries from employees and managers regarding the processing of Travel transactions, policies, and procedures.
Communicate effectively to customers on Travel policy & procedures, providing education where necessary.
Participate in information sharing with other service center representatives.
Support Travel team by providing clerical and administrative support.
Prepare entry level accounting entries.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma
3+ years of transactional accounting experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Associates degree in Accounting is desired, but not required
Accounting knowledge a plus
Excel knowledge a plus
Expense report processing knowledge a plus
Government Contracting experience a plus
Experience in navigating Travel Accounting Systems (like Chrome River), COGNOS and Costpoint
