CACI International GFE Raytheon Interface Operations Manager - Active Secret Clearance (Navy experience preferred) in Pascagoula, Mississippi
PMS 317, the Landing Platform Docking (LPD) amphibious ships Program office is responsible for the design, build, outfit, and test (to include Flight I and Flight II ships), and to provide for life-cycle maintenance support. With 11 LPD 17 Flight I ships delivered, two in construction and planned future procurement of 13 LPD 17 Flight II ships, the main focus of PMS 317 activities includes ship acquisition, technical/system integration, ship production, test, outfitting, GFE/GFI management, and post-delivery. CACI seeks a Senior Operations Manager to serve as the GFE RAYTHEON Interface in order to assist PMS 317 in accomplishing its mission and objectives. This task will be executed in Pascagoula, MS.
What You’ll Get to Do:
This position will support the PMS 317 client on the Waterfront to include:
- Responsible for the management and coordination of branch, plant, or department operation strategies and activities and may assist with the review, development, and implementation of organizational policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals.

The candidate will have experience in successfully formulating programs, developing budgets and schedules, and coordinating efforts of multiple task activities.
Shipboard production compliance
Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
Reporting and resolving issues during construction. Test and trials
Interfacing with commercial vendors to coordinate delivery and installation of GFE equipment
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen and have an Active DoD Secret clearance
15+ years relevant experience in production management of electronic/network on DoD/Navy Ship Programs (Preferred)
Ability to write clear reports
Ability to interface with team members, technical leads and Project Managers
Ability to work alone on individual projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Good verbal (English) communication skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Navy experience is a plus
