CACI is hiring an ELINT Cryptologic Training Developer at Pensacola, FL.
The Cryptologic Training Developer develops, maintains, and updates ELINT materials/content to mirror analyst tasks in order to meet customer training requirements.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Active TS/SCI security clearance with a Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in intelligence, education, or related discipline (See "in lieu" note below)
Minimum five years experience, shall include:
Three years ELINT experience
Two years experience developing and /or updating ELINT training materials following the principles of ISD (within the last six years)
In lieu of relevant degree four additional years of experience in the intelligence education, instructional design or ELINT analysis fields for a total of nine years work experience may be substituted
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop ELINT materials/content to mirror analyst tasks and update existing materials to meet training requirements
Use blended learning techniques which may include a combination of eLearning tools, video and audio exercises, readings, case studies, and demonstrations of required skills through work related tasks in accordance with Government guidance
Clarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives and ELINT materials
Research and leverage domain-specific ELINT resources for relevant, authentic ELINT content; develop training materials to include analysis of operational, task-based exercises
Collaborate with instructors and other Government and Contractor developers in the design, development and documentation of ELINT and domain specific training materials
Employ technology like Adobe C5S and Adobe Premier in developing training materials
Develop practical evaluations to test the student's mastery of the learning and/or performance objectives
Identify and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance training delivery
