What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-Special Operations Asymmetric Solutions (SOAS) HUMINT analyst you will directly support the intelligence requirements of Special Operations Command, US Northern Command (SOCNORTH). As a HUMINT Analyst you will provide analysis, lead development, targeting, and other types of analytical support to SOCNORTH. You will respond to HUMINT requests for information from multiple intelligence specialties (All Source, GEOINT, SIGINT) focused on solving difficult problem sets that include short, mid, and long-term efforts, as well as the analyses and research on specified technologies, countries, geographic areas, and targeted vulnerabilities. Synchronize the targeting process with analytical enterprise and collection managers to develop target packages, operational concepts, and plans. Provide expertise in HUMINT analysis and expertise to assist SOCNORTH in day-to-day staff support functions and Functional Group: operations against Counter External State Actors (ESA)/AKA Maligned Sate Actors (MSA), Counter Terrorism (CT), Counter Transnational Criminal Organizations (CTCO), and Counter Threat Networks (CTN), in accordance with the National Defense Strategy (NDS). Perform the full range of HUMINT analytical support, collection strategy development, analytical research, production of briefings, charts, written assessments, and oral presentations in support of target development. Prepare and recommend operational usage of sensitive capabilities in support of the commander's priorities and objectives, and conduct internal, inter-service, and interagency coordination and de-confliction of targets and operational missions. Responsible for providing the HUMINT analytical expertise, guidance, coaching, and training to less-experienced analysts.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide HUMINT analyses, assessments, and training support to facilitate strategic, operational, and tactical responsiveness that enhances SOCNORTH missions and objectives.

  • Produce HUMINT focused intelligence fusion products that conform to organizational, community, intelligence oversight, and regulatory requirements assessing facts, threat intentions, potential threats, potential leads, and other aspects.

  • Conduct innovative HUMINT intelligence research to better understand associated personalities, nodes, relationships, and activities comprising and characterizing threat networks to develop, shape, and execute effects-based counter-threat network operations.

  • Conduct HUMINT analyses in cooperation with other analytical teams to define and assess patterns of human enemy network activities.

  • Understand and utilizes a suite of classified and unclassified analytical tools that allow for classified and unclassified HUMINT assessment.

  • Maintain liaison with HUMINT and interagency community partners and operational and tactical consumers of HUMINT to solicit and incorporate relevant analytic data from existing national-level products and databases to provide an enhanced level of analytic support and predict the accurate identification of adversarial intent, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and potential threat courses of action.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance. All candidates must be willing to submit to CI poly for access to required systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience, or associate degree and 10+ years of experience, or 15+ years of HUMINT experience.

  • Graduate of Defense Strategic Debriefing Course

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in roles of responsibility within an O-6 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Proton, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, Google Earth, CZTK, Rockstar, Mosaic.

  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills, both verbal and written.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Graduate of an Embassy Targeting Officer Course, SOF Targeting Course, or Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC).

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
