What You’ll Get to Do:

In support of the Shared Early Warning System program, run all CM processes and the transfer and verification of system, software, and project baselines, perform configuration control, configuration status accounting, configuration verification and audit, and configuration identification. Support CCBs. Continually work toward CM process improvement. Continually work toward process improvements and efficiencies.

More About the Role:

  • Under minimal direction, at an advanced technical level, performs assessment, preparation and implementation of environments and change control activities for medium size complex tasks

  • Coordinate various departments to research and update procedures and other CM concerns

  • Works with government customer and technical staff to resolve problems

  • Assists with analyzing changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change.

  • Assists with developing and documenting new documentation control and configuration management business processes to support system and equipment life cycles.

  • Responsible for performing administrative duties in an office environment. Creates spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and documents using a variety of software as needed. SharePoint skills are a plus.

  • Maintains configuration management baselines, inventories, databases, and conducts audits.

  • Coordinates with customers to determine a process for change reporting.

  • Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.

  • Attends and participates in CM meetings and assists in facilitating control and review board meetings to include preparation of agendas, handouts, and minutes.

  • Prepares for and participates in program kickoff meetings, team meetings, production meetings, audits and other customer meetings, as required.

  • Manage document management and CDRL deliveries.

  • Performs tasks required to support CACI overall and help the corporation thrive.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Typically, BA/BS or equivalent + 5-7 years’ experience.

  • Must have a strong customer focus.

  • Able to develop and present CM materials to clients and teammates

  • DoD experience desired

  • Qualified candidates will have demonstrated the following traits:
