CACI is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Secretary to support our U.S. Navy customers at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. In this position, you will provide a broad range of administrative assistance to the Data Analytics Team, to include reviewing, tracking, recording, scheduling, and monitoring of various activities.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Work closely with the Ordnance Portfolio Manager to gather and prioritize tasks for the Data Analytics Team.
Review process and policy documentation provided for agreement with established policies and procedures and review for grammar, understanding, and consistency.
Provide deliverable documentation to the Ordnance Portfolio Manager and Division Director.
Manage an electronic repository for final processes/documentation such as policies, briefs, and white papers.
Support inventory process documentation activities, summarize meeting minutes as required, and review and assist in the development of ordnance inventory processes.
Maintain an action tracker and calendar of deadlines, milestones, meetings and scheduled travel.
Generate team highlights and accomplishments for management awareness.
Provide data management support and analytics.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams to conduct project support and administrative duties.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation such as repair manuals, usage manuals, requirements documentation, and specifications, to support process documentation and development.
U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.)
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining focus on objectives defined by the customer.
Minimum high school diploma and three years of related administrative experience in an office environment. Technical training equivalent to Associates Degree a plus.
