CACI International Vendor Support Specialist in Pocatello, Idaho

What You’ll Get to Do:

We are looking for a motivated experienced individual to build an effective user system center for our unique and growing business with the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations). Responsible for supporting the FBI Ask Finance Help Desk by providing end-user support via phone calls and emails. The main POC in the Pocatello, ID office handling Vendor administration. Duties will include collaborating with the Vendor administration team in the Chantilly, VA location, ensuring all vendor requests are entered and resolved in a timely manner, and resolving any ticket received/assigned in a timely manner.

More About the Role:

  • Main POC to manage, enter, and update vendors.

  • First and central point of contact for all service events related to the IT environment.

  • Provides Tier I technical application and network problem resolution for clients by performing problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.

  • Reviews incoming requests, both computer generated and verbal; sort, code and may prioritize for proper action.

  • Resolves problems or contacts subject matter experts, as necessary.

  • Assists with training.

  • Manages ticketing queue.

  • Support additional systems as needed.

  • Maintains and updates technical documents and procedures, as necessary

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

  • Excellent written and oral communication.

  • Active Top Secret Clearance
