CACI is the prime contractor for the MyNavyHR Transformation program, a large-scale integration and development transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, CRM, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our Navy Sailors and their families.

The project offers a 5-year contract opportunity and a significant exposure and growth opportunity for individuals joining CACI. This project is part of a significant strategic growth plan centered on human capital systems and other ERP and SaaS lines of business in CACI. More About the Role:

In this role you will work with, support and coordinate the Senior Customers (Director MyNAVY HR IT Solutions) integration with the CACI TPC&P managerial and technical team. Act as the Operational Manager for NP2 IL2 and IL4 AWS environments, work with Legacy System Owners for transformation, and manage the sustainment team which includes Defect Management and Help Desk. Communicate all aspects of the operations team activities to include schedule, costs, and day-to-day customer interactions, to ensure all objectives, deliverables, and technical requirements are understood and visible to the Director.

Responsibilities:• Manages day-to-day customer interactions, as well as a flow down onsite customer staff support team onsite MyNAVY HR IT Solutions Project Directors.• Understand, support and communicate project schedules and deliverables• Ensure Operation deliverables meets customer operational and functional requirements by vetting customer feedback and communicating back to the NP2 Product Lead• Interface with Government and other stakeholder customers and represent CACI in requested govt meetings• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program• Communicate Performance and Management metrics that track progress against schedule and cost baselines for the programYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:A Secret clearance is required to begin employment. For this position, CACI has the ability to provide clearance sponsorship for qualified individuals.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 15+ years of experience of management experience or equivalent technical.Must have a minimum of 10+ years’ experience with developing/implementing/deploying ERP/IT systems, programs and/or softwareExperience managing multi-functional project teams in an ERP systems development environmentExperience managing complex tasks under tight budget and time constraintsMust possess the ability to lead, and delegate responsibility, tasks and authorityProven experience building and maintaining strong customer relationshipsProven experience building, and maintaining a risk register and mitigating significant program risksExperience with an Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have• Master’s degree in engineering, PM, or business management; and 15 years of experience in project/program management• Familiar with DoD Acquisition Policies (DoD 5000.01 and DoD 5000.02)• Experience developing, reporting against, and managing to a large integrated master schedule• Demonstrated experience with large ERP implementations (5000+ users), preferably PeopleSoft• Implementation experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Global Payroll modules or implementation of a HR/payroll ERP• Have previous Military experience or experience working within the DoD areas of Pay Operations and Human Resource Management• Understanding of DoD Pay operations• PMP Certification or DAU Program Management Level II or higher• Demonstrated success at assisting in the management of, or managing integrated teams of complex technologies and processes• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with a matrixed organization• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities.• Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, HP Application Lifecycle Management, and HP Agile Managermnh
