CACI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support shipyard operations and administration with business analysis and systems processes to identify improvements for Facilities & Equipment Maintenance (FEM) Customers

What You’ll Get to Do:

This position will support the Program Office for an asset tracking and maintenance management system used across the DoD by helping to manage requirements and customer expectations.

  • Evaluating development projects and assisting in tailoring the development process to meet the project needs.

  • Participate (to include documenting discussions) in Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, In-Process Reviews (IPR), System Acceptance Testing (SAT), and Implementation to help user community make decisions on proposed system changes (will require travel).

  • Research, document, track and manage proposed system changes (engineering change proposals, software defect reports, data modification requests, and functional upgrades).

  • Oversee software development contractors to ensure desired functionality is delivered to end users. This may include testing of releases, management of corporate level test events and documentation of test results.

  • Coordinate and assist in training delivered to system end users, report developers and application administrators.

  • Coordinate scheduling of training within contractual requirements.

  • Research requests to add new user organizations or functional/business communities to the system.

  • Strong Experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management applications associated add-on modules, system upgrades and deployments.

  • Coordinate with financial analyst on budget requirements.

  • Facilitate sharing of solutions and lessons learned across user communities. This may include development of newsletter articles, e-mails and presentation at conferences or webinars.

  • Support Service customers on system related issues.

  • Work closely with team to ensure transparency among assigned clients to ensure capability to support each other as needed.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in applicable field and 10 years of comparable experience (e.g., Tririga, GOTS asset management software or COTS asset management software).

  • Requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.

  • Requires COMPTIA Security + Certification or equivalent.

  • Must have excellent coaching, consultative, and communication (written and verbal) skills. Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, such as providing constructive feedback, facilitating meetings, delivering training, and delivering oral and/or written project progress reports to the customer and senior staff.

  • Must be able to build relationships, facilitate change, and motivate colleagues/customers to practice continuous improvement processes and techniques.

  • Must possess strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and systems thinking abilities and be actions/results oriented.

  • Must be able to set goals, prioritize multiple objectives with various deadlines, and manage continuous improvement projects.

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).

  • Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance (note: this requires US citizenship).

  • Must maintain professional decorum.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • IBM Maximo

  • SQL Queries

  • Software Development or IT Management

  • Military / Depot Maintenance Background

  • Naval or Shipyard Experience
