What You’ll Get to Do:CACI is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and qualified Operations and Administration Intern to support our Navy client on-site at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. More About the Role:

• Assist with the overall day-to-day operations of the organization under direct supervision of Business System Analysts to include:

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding

• Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary

• Provide technical support to projects or tasks

• Consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment

• Assist in researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Strong problem formulation, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and succinct manner

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, Tableau etc)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently or within a team environment

• Comfortable with taking the initiative and determining the best path forward given multiple valid approaches

• Must currently be enrolled in High School OR a full-time Undergraduate, Graduate, or Doctorate student

• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance (if applicable to position)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• If Undergraduate or Graduate, Pursuing a degree in Business, Organizational Development or related field is preferred, not required

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, not required

• Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
