Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

• You are responsible for providing world-classClSurveillance Course{CSC) instruction.

• Plan, conduct,and-debrief instruction of discreetCIsurveillance operations insupport ofCl missions (JAW EO 12333, the Intelligence Authorization Act , and the DoD 5240./6) so that graduates can proficientlyconductdiscreetCIsurveillance andcloselyobserve theactivitiesof a personofCIinterestwithoutcompromisingaClinvestigationoroperation.

• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel withintheNCR. Travel withinCONUSisrequireduptoseven(7)timesperyear fortwoweekseach time.

• You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.

• Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• TS/SCI and CI polygraph or ability to obtain poly.

• Three (3) yearsofdemonstratedexperience conducting, instructing, orsupervising DoD Cl surveillance.

• Possess expertknowledgeofthreat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

• Experience asa JCITA Cl Surveillance Course Instructor or bea graduate of theJCITA Cl SurveillanceCourse.

• Abletositand standfor uptotwo(2)hours at one time, andbe able to walk for up to five (5) miles in one day.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$64,400 - $135,100
