What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI International, Inc. (CACI) has an immediate opportunity for a IT Project Manager/Scheduler onsite in Quantico, VA supporting the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Information Technology Directorate (ITD). The ITD supports the NCIS core mission areas while protecting the people, equipment, technology and infrastructure of the United States Navy and Marine Corps.
More About the Role:
Primary responsibility will be the maintaining the schedule for, and tracking the progress of, multiple systems through the ATO process. You will be the single point contact for ensuring each phase of the process is being updated, and must be willing and able to coordinate with various SMEs to ensure they are progressing as planned.
You may also be responsible for the performance of technical projects in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Directing and supervising all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs for the customer.
Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
Provides thought leadership to project analyses and process improvement activities.
Clearly documents and presents findings including creation of diagrams and procedure documentation.
Responsible for driving recommendations through to implementation.
Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
Identifies, analyzes and defines project requirements and scope.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Master Scheduler with Project Management Experience. However a Project Manager who has experience maintaining schedules and an Integrated Master Schedule
Fully adjudicated active Top Secret clearance is required to start, must be eligible to obtain SCI-level adjudication
DoD 8570 - IAT Level II (ex. Security +)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or program, and 8-10 years of related experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience as a Master Scheduler
Knowledgeable in MS Office products to include Office, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
