CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Deputy Program Manager. This position is in support of USMC MCIA organizations and located in Quantico, VA. The Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for providing business, technical, and personnel coordination and management for individual projects in support of CACI.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and verbally, and present products and ideas in a business manner. The candidate will be required to work in a dynamic environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts with stakeholders. The candidate must be experienced in

interfacing with both internal and external leadership. The successful candidate must have experience in personnel management and coordination with external organizations.

What you’ll get to do:

Specifically, the Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the overall management, performance, and completion of projects, tasks, or Task Orders as part of a program in direct support of USMC MCIA organizations and key external stakeholders that may be geographically dispersed. Duties include all areas of project management, from initiation through closeout to ensure the successful execution of the project's mission, goals, and objectives IAW contract and company processes. Responsible for managing one or more activities, control account, task within a project/program. The Project Manager will be the primary interface between CACI and the employees, external key stakeholders, and corporate resources to ensure company guidance and goals are synchronized and implemented for success. The Project Manager is responsible for execution of all program aspects to include personnel management, financial management, and growth. Daily activities include but are not limited to; managing personnel strength of the program, managing the recruiting process to ensure candidates are available to backfill pending vacancies; coordination with multiple external prime stakeholders to synchronize recruiting efforts to ensure efficient and responsive fills of vacancies, coordination of operational activities with external and internal CACI or government groups, and handling personnel issues as needed. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible to ensure employees receive adequate guidance and direction to perform their daily tasks in support of the end customer requirements.

Qualifications you’ll bring:

  • Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI

  • B.A./B.S. BS degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business

  • Ten (10) years of direct work experience with Intelligence Analytical support for All-Source. Eight (8) years of

  • direct work experience, to include: design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of Intelligence analysis efforts. Four (4) years of experience as manager of All-Source analysis efforts to include: supervising project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material. Experience may be achieved simultaneously; individual shall have knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures and individual shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.

Qualifications that are nice to have:

  • Graduate degree in business related field

  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management

  • 7 or more years of progressive professional work experience in multiple MCIA/USMC offices

  • Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or DAWIA Level III in Program Management
