CACI International Asset Management Platform Support Specialist in Remote (Any State), Virginia
The CDM program is a dynamic approach to fortifying the cybersecurity of government networks and systems. CDM provides federal departments and agencies with capabilities and tools that identify cybersecurity risks on an ongoing basis, prioritize these risks based upon potential impacts, and enable cybersecurity personnel to mitigate the most significant problems first. CACI supports the CDM Program by procuring, installing, and operating a variety of cyber security capabilities for eleven federal agencies in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments.
CACI has an exciting opportunity for an AM Platform Support Specialist with a desire to expand his/her knowledge base, and a drive to make a difference. You will engage with the lab team and receive images to build the system, and document installation OS configuration guides. You will perform OS integration and tool installations with the component and ensure that all Engineering (OS and installation) documentation is archived. Although you may bring specific expertise, you will seek to support the overall needs of the Product Team by expanding your knowledge base where needed to deliver value to the CDM Program.
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will collaborate with the Product Team to understand SOW requirements, priorities, and work package objectives to ensure work supports the larger capabilities and direction of the overall solution. This includes participation in Planning, Backlog refinement and prioritization, and Retrospectives. You will participate in the full life cycle of activities including testing and deployment efforts to ensure Product success and will follow all established processes and standards.
This is a Senior Position within the Program and requires multiple years of relevant experience. It is expected that you: work with minimal supervision, are a self-starter and capable of defining and managing your individual tasks and have strong communication skills for partnering and communicating across internal teams to maximize efficiency and success of assigned tasks.
Work on a project as an asset management engineer, including identifying the right mix of tools and techniques to translate a client's needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions.
Maintain responsibility for scheduling periodic reports and addressing audit findings, to include support test activities. Support critical tool functions including maintenance, patch identification and publication, and upgrades, APIs and develop documentation (SOPs, best practice guidance).

Work closely with Product Owner to prioritize daily tasks and provide end of day status.
Continuously improve customers' security deployments, develop innovative enhancements, and integrate new technologies and services
Participate in technical meetings with stakeholders and customers' technical specialists
Support CDM delivery and mission objectives to achieve CDM data requirements
You will apply your knowledge to improve capabilities and develop best practice guidance to achieve acceptable quality limits (AQL) and raise the maturity levels
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship required
There is no clearance requirement to begin employment. However, as a requirement of continued employment, you m ust meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be clearable to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entrance on Duty (EOD) authorization.
Ability to consult, support, and mentor client stakeholders for all upgrades, deployments, and production operations
Ability to author and maintain Architecture and Design, Configuration, Deployment, and Run Book documents and respective iterations
Practical, "field" experience with installing, configuring, and testing AM solutions.
Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and Active Directory (AD), Windows PowerShell, Windows credential stores, Microsoft Certificate Authority
Proven ability to work closely with customer's network and operations team to resolve issues or security concerns of tools/services.
Proven ability to work with vendors in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identified security tools
Extensive experience working with clients to provide design & architectural guidance and best practice recommendations for safe design, access control policies, and other related security requirements or needs
Day-to-day activities include working with customer teams, lab innovations, operations and maintenance, and support current tasks and activities.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related technical experience in development and production support, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience implementing and administering AM solutions in an enterprise environment.
Intermediate, or better, Experience Level with all Requirements and Dependencies of the Product; to include the Operating system and other software applications (as required)
Security relevant certifications: Security +, CEH
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Programming languages and APIs: Java, BeanShell, Python, REST, JSON, SOAP
Experience with AM tools like McAfee/Tenable.
Cloud Platform experience (AWS, Azure)
Relevant AM tool certifications
Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA
Knowledge of DevOps tools, including GitLab, Jenkins, JFrog, Jira, or Confluence
Basic knowledge of networking and firewalls
