CACI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst I to assist in the interpretation of business requirements for IT staff supporting the Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) at Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Continuously analyze current NOC processes, reports, metrics, and performance across the task order to assess and confirm area where improvements are needed and work with the TO lead, deputy TO lead, the other leads, team members and contacts to plan, develop and implement them.
Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ascertain system requirements such as functions, input data, output data, techniques, controls, User Acceptance Testing criteria, and execution of user’s acceptance.
Manage and maintain the Knowledge Base.
Write and edit documents such as Procedural Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions.
Conduct Quality Reviews of documentation to identify improvements opportunities.
Apply business concepts and theories to real-world decision making.
Increase proficiency in specific business disciplines such as Operations Management.
Create and distribute operational reports as requested.
Facilitate projects and coordinate with cross- functional teams to produce better business outcomes.
Host and facilitate weekly/monthly operational meetings.
Experience assessing NOC daily operations, processes, and procedures, identifying areas where enhancements are needed, and implementing improvements/resolutions.
Ability to obtain DoD security clearance
Ability to obtain a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD)
Education and experience requirement BA/BS or 6 years (without degree).
Previous experience with ITSM tool or ticketing system experience such as ServiceNow. Able to create/generate reports and dashboards in ITSM tool.
Experience assessing NOC operations, processes, and procedures identifying areas of improvements and implementing resolutions.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft products such as Excel (pivot tables and charts), PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
Previous experience creating, revising, updating, and maintaining documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOP), job aids, and work instructions.
Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with government and contractor stakeholders
Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and concepts
Understanding of IT Service Management
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in interpersonal and written formats
ITILv3 or v4 Foundations certification
Previous Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT Operations experience
ServiceNow Certified Administrator
Previous DHS experience

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,400-$121,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
