CACI is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager supporting our Mission. This position can be worked remote, limited travel may be required.

Within CACI, Contracts Managers are entrusted with building trust and respect with our acquisition customers. Contracts Managers serve as the official face of CACI performing negotiations and contract management duties in all phases of our Programs, from pre-award through the full development, production, and sustainment lifecycle. The Contracts function is a strategic partner to the Line with the ultimate aim to build lasting relationships and deliver balanced and equitable business deals ensuring the long term mutual success of the company and our customers.

The NSIS Contracts team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Contracts Manager in either CACI will consider applicants in Tampa, FL, Reston, VA, Norfolk,VA or other location as one of our APG Intel Solutions contracts leads with projected annual revenues of $50M. This position is integral in supporting our sector’s growth strategy and the ideal candidate will be able to impact business outcomes, collaborate across the line and functions, cultivate customer relationships with DOD, Intelligence, and Commercial Customers, and shape and create contracting solutions.

Specifically, this position will be responsible for the following:

  • building and maintaining relationships with the Contracting Officer or Prime Contractor,

  • negotiating NDAs and TAs,

  • participating in proposal reviews,

  • conducting OCI screenings,

  • providing risk assessments and recommending mitigation approaches,

  • negotiating price, terms, and conditions with clients,

  • interpreting contract terms and handling subsequent issues, and

  • attending client meetings, IPRs, PMRs

Additionally, the Contracts Manager will:

  • Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments to include proposals and contracts,

  • Apply business acumen and Government acquisition knowledge to develop shaping and negotiation strategies for contract price and term and advise management of contractual rights and obligations

  • Lead negotiations with customer contracts and procurement counterparts

  • Ensure compliance with CACI Contracts policies and guidelines as well as with US Government regulations

  • Influence internal and external stakeholders through use of facts, policies, and acquisition best practices

You'll bring these qualifications:

  • Typically requires bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related ( government / federal contract administration ) experience, with one to two years mentoring experience preferred.

  • Active Top Secret security clearance required.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,400-$121,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
