CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI provides a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI supports TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Candidate will assist with providing enterprise level support on the IMPACT Contract as part of the SharePoint Team as a "Dashboard Developer – Power BI / SharePoint" to provide a Business Intelligence ecosystem that transforms data from multiple source systems (DB2, SQL Server, SharePoint, SolarWinds, Splunk Information Technology Service Intelligence (ITSI)) into an single-pane-of-glass platform that provides business insights and analytical capabilities to all departments.

More About the Role:

  • Create reporting mock-ups and prototypes using Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS Multi-Dimensional and Tabular, Power BI and Excel).

  • Report and prototype data sources, either cloud data sources (e.g. Azure), or on-premise data sources, including any combination of Enterprise Data Warehouse sources or non- Data Warehouse sources such as legacy Client information systems, Access databases, Excel files, flat files, etc.

  • Create Dashboards that add visibility to this process for drill down dashboards, enabling insight into related activities (tracking patches, updates, deployments, and other related scheduling actions) across the enterprise.

  • Provide end-to-end support on the development of business Dashboard developments. Serve as a SME between CACI and TSA to define business requirements and translate into data models and BI context via Dashboards. Provides design of data extraction, architecture delivery and integration solutions into Power BI dashboards.

  • Work with Client Business Intelligence (BI) users to develop and publish reports, dashboards, operational, ad hoc reporting from conceptual and technical solution designs.

  • Analyze and model data for trends, provides insight and recommends actions based on analysis.

  • Identify and implement productivity and process improvement projects.

  • Other duties as assigned .

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship required

  • An active Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment and must be maintained as a requirement of continued employment

  • Bachelors' degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested

  • 6+ years of developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform / Azure environment

  • 6+ years of business systems analysis and support experience

  • 6 years’ experience as a business intelligence developer ​

  • Microsoft Power Platform Administration (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • Strong Power BI Tabular Modeling/Development/Administration

  • Strong Microsoft SSRS Experience preferred

  • Application programming interface engineering and development

  • Microsoft SSIS Experience preferred

  • Microsoft Office BI Application Experience (Excel, Access, SharePoint, VBA, etc.)

  • SSAS Multi-Dimensional/Tabular Modeling

  • Microsoft Azure BI platform preferred (Azure SQL DB, SQL Server Big Data Clusters, Azure Synapse, etc.)

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Technology Stack including MS SQL, Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Visual Studio, MS Azure and Power App

  • Direct experience releasing applications built on Microsoft IIS and SQL

  • Experience with .NET/C#, C++, JavaScript, AJAX, Webform, ADO.Net, MVC and Entity Framework.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Enterprise Data Warehouse Design/Development/Administration experience preferred

  • Thorough understanding of enterprise SharePoint solutions, technical architecture, and workflows for updating modern technologies like Power Platform Design Site Taxonomy, Hierarchy, Security Models, and Site Architectures for new custom development and deployments ​

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $65,300-$134,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
