What You’ll Get to Do
Provide Strategic Planning & Management support through the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) of T&E funding for past, present and future Fiscal Years.
More About the Role
Participate in the annual Task Planning Sheet (TPS) process by collecting funding requirements from performers for CSSQT test events and inputting into NEPS. Prepare and execute funding documents in N-ERP. Track commitments, obligations, expenditures of current and past funding in N-ERP to ensure benchmarks are met. Perform reconciliation actions to pullback funding to NAVSEA once funding has expired Prepare and provide weekly / monthly financial reports for all programs. Respond to emergent data calls, funding drills and other funding inquiries in a timely fashion for all programs.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Secret Security Clearance
-5+ years of Navy Budgeting Experience
Proficiency with DoD Financial Databases, specifically N-ERP, NEPS, and PBIS.
Familiarity with New Construction DDG shipbuilding practices to include GFE efforts as well as Post Delivery
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,400-$121,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
