What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Full Stack Web Application Developer to support CACI’s HighVIEW Technology Group. HighVIEW is CACI’s commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product designed for Enterprise Content Management. HighVIEW is provided as a software development framework for use by application developers and integrators in constructing specialized content management systems and systems for other forms of information management based on a rich set of foundational product capabilities that have been leveraged successfully within a diverse set of federal government organizations.
The HighVIEW Technology Group is seeking an experienced full stack developer to join our team. The desired candidate will work with a software development team to develop custom HighVIEW-based solutions. Successful candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain Angular web applications built using the HighVIEW framework. If you have outstanding programming skills and a passion for developing beautiful, innovative applications and desire the challenge of solving complex problems, then this position is for you.

More About the Role:
Designing, developing and implementing frontend and backend software for a complex web application
Translating software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks
Implementing the product's lifecycle: Design, development, quality, deployment and maintenance ·
Developing and adhering to best-practices for developing applications
Continuously contribute to team performance improvement and collaboration
Providing improvements to the product(s) being supported
Actively participating in release and sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releases
Supporting release planning with conceptual design and development / refinement of software engineering guidelines
Writing technical documentation
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.
At least seven (7) years related technical experience, with software design, development, and implementation in a Windows environment
Familiarity with XML, JSON, PowerShell, batch scripting
Experience with agile and/or DevOps processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Ability to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks · Excellent knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), SQL, and PL/SQL
Excellent skills in DB schema design and SQL development
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Junit, or others
Strong experience with certificates and Certificate Authorities
AWS Cloud Database (RDS) experience, especially Oracle
Knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies used in the IC
Programming background in .NET

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,300-$146,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
