CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector, is seeking an Implementation Engineer who is familiar with a broad range of wireless technologies including 5G and mesh networking and understands IP networking and RF propagation. You’ll focus on providing Private Network engineering site survey analysis, engineering design, and preparation of final engineering drawings and change orders as required.

More About the Role
Analyze requirements, develop solutions, provide list of materials for Private Wireless Network efforts.
Conduct site surveys, document findings, brief Government stakeholders and develop a workable solution ensuring it is within scope, achievable and complies with the customer’s design criteria and performance requirements.
Provide Private 5G Network Power/Grounding/Installation design as required.
Document engineering solutions and provides support to PM on customer status and review presentations.
Travel to other company locations or Customer Sites as necessary.
Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to EH&S policies and procedures.
Ensure that contract specifications and quality are met whether explicitly or implicitly implied per the following:

United States DoD and other standards per contract requirements
Electronic Industries Association (EIA)/ Telecommunications Industries Association (TIA)
Commercial Building Wiring Standard, EIA/TIA 568-A, August 1995.
Rural Utilities Services (RUS) Telecommunications Standards for Outside Plant 1751F-643
Site Specific/Unique Requirements
Attend meetings held on installation/implementation progress for the site/base personnel.
If required, obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level required to perform the duties of the position.
Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies.
Provision, configure, and maintain the 5G Network.
Perform other duties as required. You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical area or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience in related discipline
4-6 years related experience in Network Engineering field
Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and other software applications as required (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Extremely detail oriented
Cisco Certified Network Professional or equivalent
Must be able to maintain a secret or higher government security clearance
Must be willing to travel extensively
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
A Master’s degree in (Engineering Discipline) or (Management?) or other related discipline and 6-8 years of related experience or a combination of skills, education, and experience
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
Experience working with (?) Customers and previous work in the (?) AOR (don’t believe this last bullet is required)

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,900-$119,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
