CACI International iOS Mobile Application Developer in Remote (Any State), Virginia

Job Description

In support of the United States Executive Office of the President in Washington, DC, CACI is looking to expand its team. We are looking for experienced full-stack developer that has proven technical leadership experience, hands-on programming expertise, and demonstrated success delivering full-life cycle development projects including store deployment.

The developer will develop iOS mobile applications working directly with the government’s product owner to analyze user stories and conduct agile estimation. The developer will collaborate with a small agile team of UI/UX Designers, Database Developers, and System Administrators performing activities including designing user interfaces, programming application logic, conducting unit & system testing, deploying apps to the App Store, and troubleshooting defects.

The developer will help identify new SDK capabilities and features and potential improvements and stand-up a stable iOS development pipeline that other team members can leverage.

More About the Role:

  • Design and develop Apple iOS mobile applications following established development methodologies and standards.

  • Review existing iOS prototype applications and provide technical guidance and recommendations for improvement.

  • Complete testing for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

  • Participate in agile software development practices

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be Top Secret Eligible (US Citizenship Required)

  • 2+ years of experience in Mobile App Development for Apple iOS and knowledge and experience working with the following technologies: Objective-C, Cocoa, C++, Swift, UIKit, Cocoa Touch, CoreFoundation, CoreData, Networking, SOLID, XCode, Instruments

  • Apple Mobile App distribution processes including App Store, Apple Business Manager, and Mobile Device Management (MDM)

  • Designing for scalability, reliability, power, and performance on iOS

  • Object-oriented programming, multi-threading, MVVM, integration, RESTful APIs

  • Evaluation and prototyping with open-source toolkits and frameworks

  • Working on a cross-functional Federal government contractor team

  • B achelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

  • CompTIA Security+ certification

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

  • Five years of experience developing iOS Mobile Apps.
