CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI provides a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI supports TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is looking for a talented and motivated IT Project Manager to manage the initiation, planning, executing/control, and closing of multimillion-dollar, cybersecurity projects in support of our DHS TSA contract in the National Capital Region (NCR).   • The IT Project Manager advises the team responsible for the management, performance, and completion of Engineering Change Requests (ECR) task orders as part of the overall TSA IMPACT program and may perform project management duties of selected ECRs

  • Duties include all areas of Project Management, from initiation through closeout to ensure the successful execution of the ESR mission, goals, and objectives

  • The IT Project Manager must work across the program to manage the transition of projects from operations and engineering, cyber architecture and solution development, to systems integration, to operations

  • This position requires experience with frequent, face-to-face, customer meetings and the ability to quickly and efficiently resolve issues

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship required

  • An active Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment and must be maintained as a requirement of continued employment

  • Experience managing projects using AGILE methodologies

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years of related work experience

  • Experience with the following:

  • Planning and executing that the engineering projects that meet or exceed customer objectives

  • Establishing Engineering Change Requests (ECR) project baselines and manage project status

  • Creating clear and attainable project objectives, building project requirements, and managing constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality

  • Managing the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts

  • Ensuring team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members

  • Ensuring project teams meet production schedules and system resources are used effectively

  • Coordinating resolution of production-related problems

  • Ensuring proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services

  • Prepare cost estimates and proposal revisions in response to changes in scope and customer

  • ITIL v4 certification required within 90 days of hire

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

  • Either Office 365 transition or data center move experience

  • Relevant DHS or .Gov Cyber Security focused experience

  • Active DoD Clearance preferred, but not required

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
