CACI is currently looking for a Junior Full Stack Software Developer to join our HighVIEW product development team. As a Junior Full Stack Software Developer, you’ll work on a team that develops and maintains a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) product for enterprise content management. Our software is used in a variety of mission critical solutions.

As a member of the HighVIEW team, you will be heavily involved in the planning, design, and development of the next generation of the HighVIEW product. In addition, you will design and develop solutions for HighVIEW capabilities (i.e. Workflow, Java-based Redaction tool, RESTful services) in the HighVIEW product. Your responsibilities will include implementing product solutions to meet both customer-stated requirements as well as capabilities in the HighVIEW product that can be leveraged by all HighVIEW customers.

Candidates should be comfortable operating in all phases of the application development lifecycle. Use of industry-proven design patterns are encouraged. This position requires a combination of supporting existing applications as well as new development work.

Working under close supervision, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing and implementing software and database application capabilities

  • Acting as a member of a product team with a do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure product and team success

  • Ensuring product quality and timeliness of work, and resolving problems to meet product objectives

  • Providing software engineering and web development expertise in support of software development and day-to-day operations of system operations and maintenance activities.

  • Work on a team developing and maintaining a COTS product.

  • Follow Configuration management workflows

  • Support Integration testing

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.

  • Understanding of User Interfaces (UI)s, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards

  • Web Development Skills – Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services, Angular

  • Experience using PL/SQL to access Oracle databases

  • Familiarity with XML, JSON, powershell, batch scripting

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Programming Skills/Experience – Angular2, JSON, JavaScript, Python, REST, Kendo, TypeScript, Java

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence

  • Experience with relational databases

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $45,300-$90,600. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
