What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is currently looking for Mid-Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect with Agile methodology experience to join a program supporting a DoD client located in Northern Virginia. Join our team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development and capability realization for a Salesforce implementation. As a member of the Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) Team, you will support a prime contract tasked with designing, delivering, and supporting cutting edge technical solutions for the US Air Force. EBS programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are we are seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural at the team and portfolio levels. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial. Position is virtual; however, other travel may be required to Northern Virginia and San Antonio to Support customer meeting or team meetings.

More About the Role:

• Oversee and execute fit analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, prototyping, testing, documentation and deployment of solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities and features

• Define technical architecture that may include integration and authentication across multiple systems and the development of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)

• Develop solutions related to the integration of Salesforce and ancillary tools based on requirements

• Adhere to platform best practices for implementing Salesforce solutions in compliance with security standards, including standard and custom platform development with Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce and code quality techniques

• Understand and apply Agile methodology to promote continuous iteration of development and testing throughout life-cycle of the project

• Lead feature designs

• Conduct hands-on development

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Must be US Citizen, able to obtain Government security clearance

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and 8 years of Information Technology experience

• A minimum of 8 years of Salesforce solution architecture experience

• Hands-on experience working with system integrations using the API form within the Salesforce platform in addition to integrations with other systems using middleware such as Mulesoft, SOAP, REST, Web Services, Direct API Calls, and SOA/Integration technologies

• Experience with the development platform: Apex Code (Triggers, Controllers and Batch classes), Visualforce pages, Web Service APIs and the Lightning Platform (Aura /LWC framework), triggers, SOQL, SOSL, DevOps Stack (SFDX, Git, Jenkins), and several code deployment tools

• Firm understanding of Object-Oriented Programming methodologies, Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA), design patterns and development best practices, data architecture, data management, and platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)

• Must have at minimum a Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Active Secret Clearance • Advanced Salesforce certification(s), Agile Certification and/or Training

• Additional certification for SFDC Application and/or System Architect is preferred

• DOD 8570 Certification (Security+, CISSP, Developer related Certification)

• Additional certifications would be considered in place of experience, if needed

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
