CACI is seeking an Oracle EBS Technical Developer to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. The desired candidate will work in an Agile development team building Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Enhancements, Personalization and Workflow solutions. Candidate will develop, design, configure, test and document solution based on the requirements and user stories.
What You’ll Get to Do:
The Oracle Technical Developer is responsible for the design & development of RICE-W in various Oracle modules (see “Qualifications” below)
Support all technical activities and follow the processes outlined in compliance with approved Agile approach
Review Technical Design Documents and code to reverse engineer the functionalities of core application and RICECPW components
Meet with the government Product Owners (PO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) in daily scrums to present progress impediments
Participate in de-composition and refinement meetings with team members and government personnel to clarify requirements, review proposed solutions, and estimate effort for assigned tasks
Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents
Tune and optimize PLS/SQL and application components in an Oracle 19c RDBMS environment
Design schema objects in accordance with applicable Oracle e-BS and project-specific customization standards
Provide technical support during the release testing phases
Utilize source code control system to manage developed/modified configuration item baseline
Implement, test, and document instructions for automated and manual code/configuration deployment packages
Produce all assigned work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.
Ability to call and interface with APIs.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Experience in Oracle e-Business Suite application versions R12/R11 and Oracle databases
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle modules, including but not limited to FND, INV, CSI, CSD, OM, PO, FA, AP, AR, GL, FV, and iProcurement (in order of importance)
Strong in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Alerts, Workflow, and SOA development (customizations and extensions)
Strong technical knowledge of OA Framework development
Familiar with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables
Experience with shell/perl scripting
Strong knowledge of developing interfaces and conversion routines including open interfaces and public APIs
Ability to deliver solutions that meet the identified acceptance criteria
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret Clearance
Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required
Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop professional documentation and other written materials
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5 years of Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11
Considerable experience in requirements analysis, testing, documentation
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes
Experience in Agile
Experience in Agility and GITLAB
Experience in Java Programming
Experience in OBIEE development
Experience in environments with rigorous change/configuration management processes

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,300-$146,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
