PRISM Acquisition Consultant

We are currently looking for an Acquisitions Consultant. The ideal candidate in this role would have a working knowledge of both Unison’s PRISM acquisitions and financial assistance purchasing software and SAP Material Management experience. This position will be remote.

Responsibilities:

Provide production support for incidents and system changes related to acquisitions and financial assistance.

  • Supporting PRISM acquisitions users during the document creation process.

  • Supporting PRISM financial assistance users during the document creation process.

  • Trouble shooting PRISM financial interface errors.

  • Trouble shooting PRISM validation errors.

  • Delivering training courses to end users.

  • Run and deliver FBMS reports.

  • Support FBMS requisitioners through the PR process and approval process.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Unison’s PRISM products.

  • General knowledge of federal government contracting.

Desired Skills:

SAP Materials Management and Unison PRISM integration would be ideal.

  • Public Sector SAP experience preferred.

  • PRISM configuration.

  • PRISM Financial Assistance document creation and financial assistance outside systems integration knowledge.

  • Prior experience delivering systems training

Clearance/Citizenship Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a NACI Public Trust clearance

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $65,300-$134,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
