CACI is currently looking for a Product Architect to join our HighVIEW Technology Group. HighVIEW is CACI’s commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product designed for Enterprise Content Management. Currently in its fifth generation, HighVIEW version 5 is provided as a software development framework for use by application developers and integrators in constructing specialized content management systems and systems for other forms of information management based on a rich set of foundational product capabilities that have been leveraged successfully within a diverse set of federal government organizations.
As a member of the HighVIEW Technology Group, you will be heavily involved in the planning, design, development, and testing of the next generation of the HighVIEW product. In addition, you will design and develop product solutions to meet both customer driven requirements as well as advanced capabilities (i.e. Workflow, Automated Redaction, Discovery/Machine Learning Framework) in the HighVIEW product that can be leveraged by all HighVIEW customers. At times, you’ll work closely with product integrators and external customers to resolve challenging technical issues.
Successful candidate is an individual who can bring very creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural. They have a willingness to learn various technologies that are or may be brought to bear in the development of current and future generations of HighVIEW. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and the innate ability to step back and notice the behavior of software, and the potential impacts of design decisions. Their ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.
More About the Role:
Serve as the HighVIEW Product Architect providing high-level architectural and software engineering expertise to managers and technical staff. Responsible for:
Technical activities associated with delivery of customer-defined systems and software projects
Performing architecture reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state
Architecting solutions in a Cloud Architecture that will support legacy .NET, Java, and client/server applications
Analyzing project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving schedule, technologies, methodologies, tools and solutions components
Defining the baseline and direction of a Product baseline
Managing and defining Technical Build & Deployment Requirements
Developing product team’s technical skills through mentoring, coaching, and peer reviews
Defining and overseeing technical and agile best practices within the team
Providing a significant level of technical support to application developers and integrators of the HighVIEW product
Ensuring product quality and timeliness of work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet product objectives
Leading, directing, and reviewing the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments
Collaborating with Developers, Product Manager, Testers, and Support Engineers to implement innovative solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Expertise with multi-tiered application architectures, including Oracle RDBMS, and legacy systems modernization
Experience in systems development, systems integration, and application design
Experience in Java, Web Services, MicroServices, and client/server architecture
Experience building large Enterprise applications
Experience in the agile management framework
Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong written and verbal communication skills and work ethic
Experience with front-end technologies (AngularJS)
Experience using PL/SQL to access Oracle databases
Ability to apply estimation techniques to software development efforts
US Citizenship with a College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.
At least ten (7) years technical experience related to the role
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Full scope poly security clearance
Familiarity with .Net
Experience with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing techniques
Experience with ElasticSearch
Experience working on unusually complicated problems and providing solutions that are highly creative and ingenious, exhibiting creativity, and resourcefulness

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $101,800-$218,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
