CACI’s Business IT Solutions Sector provides enterprise IT services and solutions across the breadth of CACI customers, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, civilian agencies, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). One of those successful solutions is the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). PIEE is a mature and vibrant, project that currently covers the functional areas within the DoD end-to-end procurement model.

CACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst to report directly to the Program Manager and be responsible for budgeting, invoicing, and tracking program expenses. You’ll coordinate work across corporate groups to facilitate positive financial reports.

More About the Role

This role will be primarily responsible for:

  • Maintaining the budget of a multi-million-dollar program across many lines of accounting

  • Reviewing invoices and tracking their payment and serving as the main POC for the COR regarding their status

  • Reviewing contract modifications to ensure they meet minimum invoicing requirements

  • Providing financial and budget reports to the Program Manager

  • Creating travel reports

  • Reviewing and tracking Task Orders and Mods for CLIN and Funding structure

  • Tracking Incentive Fee for CPIF Development work including creation of the Incentive Fee Self-Assessment

  • Supporting the PM with forecasting and tracking actuals

  • ODC Management – Facilitate process to get quotes, approval from the customer and initiate P2P Requisition

  • Support Subcontract Management (including P2P actions)

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • US Citizen

  • Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.

  • Established and productive professional individual contributor

  • Works independently with general supervision

  • Strong MS Excel skills

  • Budgeting or accounting background

  • Invoice experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work well across groups and coordinate multi-step processes

  • Strong communication skills

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with DOD programs and contracts

  • Experience using WAWF and EDA

  • Experience using MS Project

  • Active Secret Clearance a plus

  • Familiarity with software development projects

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $49,900-$99,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
