CACI has a current opening for a Program Financial Analyst which will be responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements may include: program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.

This position will support a large software development and sustainment program for a major federal government agency and their initiatives to sustain legacy applications; develop and sustain a modernized version of the legacy applications; and implementation of the legacy and modernized applications throughout other government agencies.

What You’ll Get to Do :

  • Responsible for supporting Program Managers and Program Business Managers in the preparation and analysis of project financial data and other complex contract, project or business related task.

  • Performs complex financial/administrative reporting for major contracts and/or programs.

  • Prepares project cost baselines, weekly preparation of management financial reports, and preparation of monthly program management review charts.

  • Maintains internal forecasts from month to month and explain any significant variance drivers.

  • Manage monthly revenue and revenue requirements, including subcontractor accruals, tracking risk level authorizations, tracking labor category verifications, maintaining sufficient funding across the various contracts and CLIN’s, and reclasses.

  • Manage subcontractors, including initiating PR’s/PO’s, maintaining SubET ID’s/rates, and providing necessary incremental funding

  • Helps create and maintain the program resource plan, including integration of current plan into corporate mandated tool RPT (resource planning tool).

  • Interfaces with all functional levels of the program team to status requirements.

  • Works to establish and control program budgets, including projected funding run out dates.

  • Participates in managing cost performance through analysis of performance metrics and projections.

  • Works on the analysis of budgeting costs on the contract and associated reports and spending plans.

  • Works to ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.

  • Maintains contract budgets and prepares/submits contract billing

  • Provides ad hoc financial analysis

  • Project string/charge number set up/maintenance, and maintenance of associated work authorization plans.

  • Provide necessary information for customer reporting and requests.

  • Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft products (specifically Excel)

  • Demonstrated experience working with big data sets and possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF).

  • Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.

  • Lead projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others’ work product.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,400-$121,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
