CACI International RMF/IA Engineer - TS/SCI - Remote in Remote (Any State), Virginia

Job Description

CACI is seeking a cleared RMF/IA Engineer to support the Cyber Security Information Assurance (CSIA) division within S&TCD Division. The focus will be on RMF/eMASS packages for Project Convergence (PC) and Army Persistent Experimentation Network (APEN) and Cloud Environments/Applications (Joint Modernization Exercises, Special Projects).

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Brief and develop products (slides/trackers) depending on Leadership and Community Audience

  • Continues monitoring plans policy, procedures, and implementation guidance

  • AUDIT eMASS RMF packages for system/application short falls

  • Draft policy, plans, and strategy in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards in support of organizational cyber activities of PC/APEN/Cloud

  • Actively participate in meetings and working groups, providing meeting minutes with 24 hours

  • Develop policy, programs, and guidelines for eMASS implementation

  • Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders

  • Assess policy needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies to govern cyber activities for special projects

  • Review, conduct, or participate in audits of cyber programs and projects

This is a Remote opportunity with 10% travel to Austin, TX. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD TS/SCI clearance

  • IAM II Certified - (CAP ISC2) or equal

  • Understanding of Cross Domain Solutions, Cloud, Closed Restricted Networks, Tactical Networks, Research & Developmental Systems, Joint Operations, and RMF/eMASS

  • Knowledge of program management, risk management framework, categorization of information systems, selection of security controls, security control implementation, inheritance and assessment, information system authorization, and monitoring of security controls

  • Understand basic cybersecurity concepts and definitions and apply cybersecurity architecture principles

  • Identify components of a cybersecurity architecture

  • Define network security architecture concepts including (topology, protocols, components, and principles)

  • Understand malware analysis concepts and methodology

  • Recognize the methodologies and techniques for detecting host-and-network-based intrusions via intrusion detection technologies

  • Identify computer network defense and vulnerability assessment tools, including open source tools and their capabilities, understand system hardening, and applying penetration testing principles, tools, and techniques

  • Define network systems management principles, models, methods, and tools responses, and timelines for responses), disaster recovery and business continuity planning, incident response and handling methodologies, supply chain risk principles and continuous monitoring (HBSS/AESS).

  • Understand remote access technology and application security threats and vulnerabilities, software assurance, and recognize system lifecycle management principles, including software security and usability, local specialized system requirements for safety, performance, and reliability, types of incidents (categories,

  • CISSP Desired
