What You’ll Get to Do

At Bluestone Analytics, a CACI Company, team members work collaboratively to develop and contribute to our proprietary Dark Web intelligence platform and support a variety of Dark Web operations. As the Sales Lead, you will act as part of the Sales team in promoting and demonstrating our data and technology to perspective customers. You will focus on the identification, development, qualification, and capture of small to large opportunities for our data and technology outside of the CACI ecosystem, while building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of >$5M in annual opportunities.

More About the Role

The Sales Lead will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining the sales pipeline

  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel the growth of Bluestone Analytics

  • Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads

  • Research and build new and existing accounts within the commercial and National Security communities

  • Conduct customer engagements from senior executives to operational users of our technology

  • Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Sales experience selling products to Fed CIV and DoD customers (OSINT and Data as a Service sales experience is a plus)

  • Proven track record of success prospecting for new business

  • Proven track record of closing sales with new customers

  • Outgoing and excited to engage with potential customers

  • Able to build rapport through empathetic listening and social intelligence in addition to industry expertise

  • Highly organized and able to work with minimal guidance

  • Experience selling software or data through a transactional process

  • Secret security clearance

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Top Secret security clearance

  • Experience or interest in taking a management role on the sales team

  • Experience working with US Special Operations

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $101,800-$218,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
