Lead analysis of automated processes applied to implement and improve learning and development for the Navy’s Salesforce
Lead teams through testing, maintaining, and monitoring Salesforce programs and systems, including coordinating the implementation of Salesforce developed releases
Identify, expand or modify Salesforce configurations to serve new purposes or improve workflow
Analyze and resolve business problems, such as development of integrated student information, resource scheduling and course and content management
Confer with clients regarding the nature of the business requirements and match those with Salesforce capabilities
Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
Define and document system goals with flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational processes of programs
Provide staff and users with assistance solving malfunctions and program problems
Assist other team members with contract deliverables, documentation and meetings
Analyze policies and procedures for automation suitability of functional and technical requirements
Review automation capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations of learning and development technology’s opportunities and constraints to improve existing systems More about this role: CACI is the prime contractor for the MyNavyHR Transformation program, a large-scale integration and development transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, CRM, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. You’ll bring these qualifications:
7 years of experience in working with clients in the modernization and migration of business system applications
4 years of Experience system administration using Salesforce
Experience participating in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated Salesforce work products
Experience setting-up Salesforce accounts and user roles and privileges
Experience using a knowledgebase to create conceptual business models and to identify relevant issues and considerations in applying Salesforce capabilities
Certification(s) in either Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administration
A Master’s degree in Business Analysis or related field and/or a Bachelor’s and commiserate experience
A DoD 8570 security Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level 2 certifications i.e. CompTia Security+ and/or ISC(2) CISSP or comparable.
At least an active or recently active (less than one year) Secret security clearance, Must be able to achieve Top Secret Clearance after hire.
These qualifications would be nice to have:
Direct experience with the US Navy, in particular, the Navy Education and Training Command and/or Navy Personnel Command or Bureau of Personnel
Experience in migration and modernization of learning and development systems
Experience in Salesforce administration in a Government Learning and Development environment

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
