CACI is the prime contractor for the MyNavyHR Transformation program, a large-scale integration and development transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our Navy Sailors and their families.

The Test Engineer is an integral member of the LS - Learning and Training Team. He/she will determine the optimal approach to testing complex products or solutions in order to assure compliance with applicable specifications. This includes identifying and recommending product or solution characteristics that optimize their ability to be tested or to provide test data for diagnostic purposes. Combines customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
Perform analysis of documented user requirements and directs or assists in the design of test plans in support of user requirements for moderately complex to the complex software/hardware applications
Review user application system requirements documentation; designs, designs, defines and documents unit and application test plans; transforms test plans into test scripts and executes those scripts
Participate in all phases of risk management assessment and software development
Ensure proper execution of test scripts and documentation of test results in test logs or defect tracking systems
Ensure that the test designs and documentation support all applicable client, agency or industry standards, timelines and budgets
Develop test data to be used in performing the required tests
Ensure that testing conclusions and recommendations are fully supported by test results, and those project managers are fully informed or testing status and application deviations from documented user requirements
Analyze or assist in analyzing test results, documents conclusions and makes recommendations and supported by such analysis
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree from an accredited university
Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow Platforms
3-5 years of related experience
Experience writing and running system testing scripts/procedures
Experience writing system test reports
DOD Secret Clearance
Previous experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
Agile CSM or SAFe certifications
Experience with automated testing tools including PeopleSoft Test Framework and Selenium
Experience with Project Management tools including Jira
Experience with Quality Management tools including HP Quality Center, Rational Quality Manager or similar • Demonstrated organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple high priority task simultaneously

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $65,300-$134,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
