Our work is carried out in an Agile development environment, with business analysts teaming with application developers, testers and training resources to develop and deliver and support releases of business process and application functionality across a multi-year program lifecycle.
Serve as a lead team member providing software development and maintenance services for the delivery of releasable software for a PeopleSoft 9.2 Campus Solutions implementation
Responsible for activities associated with delivery of PeopleSoft 9.2 Campus Solutions software solutions associated with customer-defined systems
Designing, developing and implementing PeopleSoft 9.2 Campus Solutions software and database application capabilities for a variety of legacy and modernized systems
Active participation in release and Agile sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releases
Support release planning with conceptual design and development / refinement of software engineering guidelines
Analyze project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components
Ensure product quality and timeliness of work, providing advice and guidance, resolving problems to meet objectives, and providing periodic performance reports
Facilitate User Acceptance test and training sessions with the assistance of Business Analysts and other scrum team members.
Document, test and execute to validate requirements provided.
Interface will multiple, multi-disciplined teams - take the initiative to attack new challenges and learn new skills independently.

You’ll bring these qualifications:
At least 7 years of related consulting experience with technical configuration of the PeopleSoft 9.2 Campus Solutions modules
At least 7 years of related consulting experience with PeopleTools, SQL
At least a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
Experience with continuous integration tools and environments
Experience with source code control systems and concurrent development workflows
Basic understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management
Well organized and flexible
Peoplesoft Application Developer Certification
Completed Peoplesoft System Administrator training
A DoD 8570 security Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level 2 certifications i.e. CompTia Security+ and/or ISC(2) CISSP or comparable
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree
An Active Secret Clearance (or no less than one-year since a Secret or higher clearance expired) Must be able to achieve a Top Secret Clearance
These qualifications would be nice to have:
Experience supporting development team in an Agile environment
Domain expertise in Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management Systems
Knowledge and experience with applicable Federal Laws, Regulations and Policies relevant to the implementation and deployment of IT systems in support of the DoD (Navy) mission.
Additionally, familiarity with any of the following is highly desirable: HTML, Angular.js, VMware, information exchanges (ETL, ESB), message queuing, application security, automated testing, UML, or Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Other related Certifications in Peoplesoft and software related to this project, such as: MCSD; MCPD; CSM; CSD; OCJD; SCJD; and/or SAFe

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
