What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Join a team that provides web design, SharePoint development, and SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA) support to internal CACI SharePoint customers, as well as Navy customers from Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

  • Work in a SharePoint team to research, design, develop, and/or modify SharePoint front end customizations to support customer's business processes.

  • Collaborate with team mates to design immersive, UI/UX friendly SharePoint Online Modern site pages and Power Apps applications and forms.

  • Customize customer’s SharePoint Online sites and task tracking lists with conditional formatting.

  • Work directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and design innovative solutions.

  • Design custom forms and applications in SharePoint Online and Power Apps.

  • Design custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions to be used in the customer's Navy SharePoint tenant environment.

  • Automate business processes in Power Automate for SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.

More About the Role:

  • Create user friendly and visually appealing SharePoint Online applications in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

  • Support customers with daily SharePoint Site Collection Administration duties, to include managing user permissions, designing custom permissions solutions, and creating subsites and other content.

  • Work in an innovative team to design and develop SharePoint Online sites.

  • Collaborate with SharePoint developers and analysts on solutions, and contribute to team training / knowledge sharing meetings.

  • Use ShareGate to compile reports and migrate SharePoint content as needed.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years experience in SharePoint development (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, or O365) and in SharePoint Site Collection Administration.

  • BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technology degree.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or JQuery.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite.

  • Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.

  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.

  • Ambition to learn and expand current skillsets; self-starter.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience developing in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

  • Experience with creating SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions, or customizing SharePoint with JavaScript and CSS.

  • Experience in SharePoint migrations and third party migration tools such as ShareGate.

  • Experience managing SharePoint site collections in a Site Collection Administrator (SCA) role.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $65,300-$134,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
