What You’ll Get to Do:

You will be part of a highly skilled team that manages the day-to-day operation of the United States Marine Corps Standard Procurement System (SPS) and its interfaces with other DOD business trading partners.

As a part-time Analyst you will provide 20-hours of support per week.

More About the Role:

As a SPS PD2 Business Analyst you will:

  • Provide Tier III Help Desk support;

  • Develop Sybase scripts for custom reports;

  • Attend customer meetings to provide SPS subject matter expertise;

  • Occasionally conduct SPS Refresher Training classes and develop job aides; and

  • Participate in functional testing.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Typically a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum seven (7) years of related work experience; however, for this specific position the following is required:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Standard Procurement System suite of products;

  • Experience providing SPS system administration and/or Help Desk support to users; and

  • Software training experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • DoD Contracting/Acquisition experience;

  • Sybase SQL script writing experience;

  • Procurement Data Standards (PDS) knowledge;

  • ITIL Certification; and/or

  • DAWIA certification
