We are looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated Customer Relationship Managers to support the AF’s mission objectives. The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users at all levels.
More About the Role:
Deliver training in response to training requirements across the program.
Design and develop curricula, which could include any audio-visual aids, handbooks, and/or written on-line documentation, or in person/virtual training that meets differing stakeholder learning preferences. Develop training in time to meet scheduling requirements and to support Sprint cycles.
Track registration for workshops and training sessions; confirm attendance and gather support data to foster adoption/buy-in and increase proficiency rates with new offerings. Assess the success and/or failure of training programs.
Design related communications/messaging in sync with the client and ITSMO/CXO, incorporating feedback from surveys, user acceptance tests, forums, interviews, workshops, seminars, and other sources of information to continuously improve training.
Evaluate relevancy, effectiveness, and accuracy of curricula content in relation to job performance.
Track the completion and maintenance of required employee professional certifications.
Provide initial qualification training for employees. For example, service desk technician initial training.
Administer initial and recurring training for the program’s ISO/IEC 20000 Service Management System for all employees.
Establish and maintain collaborative professional relationships with team members, partners, and the customer.
Act as a resource to team members, participate in team and professional meetings.
Act as a Training and Development liaison between Release and Deployment teams.
Track and assess training data analytics and trends for speed of adoption, proficiency, and utility metrics over time.
Identify and offer improvements and enhancements to the training and development processes, analyses, and methodologies; recognize and report on pockets of risk/resistance.
May be asked to lead geographically dispersed training teams.
Function as a Training expert across multiple change initiatives.
Be able to operate in a highly dynamic environment. You will be expected to keep up with the changing environment while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness and professionalism.
Deliver Training and Development Status reports.
Perform Training and Development Risk and Opportunity assessments as part of the PM’s risk management tracking system.
Performs related duties as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to maintain it.
MA/MS + 3 years recent specialized experience, BA/BS + 6 years recent specialized experience. Degree or courses in training, and development preferred.
Experience implementing and overseeing Training in Waterfall/AGILE and hybrid environments while coordinating with client's release processes and schedules.
Experience providing training
Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of training and development methods and techniques.
Some ability to apply basic evaluation techniques.
Considerable ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and various units within the organization, including management, to carry out goals of the training function.
Travel up to 10% in CONUS may be required.
Ability to prepare both routine and analytical reports.
Ability to exercise judgment, make decisions, establish professional contacts, and organize time with minimal supervision.
