More About the Role:

The Training Coordinator (Supervisory) will:

•Supervising a team of Training Specialists.

•Developing a training strategy for the Bluestone Analytics which lays out a plan and desired outcomes; how internal and external customers will be trained on Bluestone Analytics suite of custom software, specific area of focus, and in various functions as necessary.

•Adheres to budget, schedule, and quality standards to achieve profitability within KPIs as a business outcome.

•Frequent collaboration with senior management teams and partnering with functional leads and SMEs to assess the training needs.

•Handle all aspects of training design and delivery.

•Determining learning delivery methods to include blended solutions (instructor led training, eLearning, learning cohorts, etc.), corporate and vendor partnerships.

•Designing and developing training content, training materials and related collateral (e.g., user guides)

•Coordinating and delivering training independently or in collaboration with functional team leads and SMEs.

•Measuring training effectiveness to inform opportunities for improvement.

•Collaborating with the corporate Talent Development team to leverage enterprise capabilities (e.g., Learning Management System, learning catalogue, training programs)

•Actively participating in business planning to ensure awareness of operational activities and upcoming projects in order to assess training needs for new or updated services and systems.

•Understanding CACI corporate structure and Bluestone Analytics’ role in the enterprise.

•Serves as interim Product Manager.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

· Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver live training both in-person and virtually

· 5+ years of experience developing and conducing training

· Strong collaboration and partnering skills. Demonstrated ability to work with other units across the organization.

· Effective communication skills and ability to influence without authority and gain consensus among stakeholders.

· Must have strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.

· Motivated, resourceful and flexible. Thrives working independently and in partnership with others.

· Knowledgeable of emerging learning trends.

· Highly organized and able to work with minimal guidance

· Secret security clearance

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

· Top Secret security clearance

· Experience developing user manuals and training programs for new systems and deploy training program using virtual platforms

· Experience with managing large scale training programs

· Experience with project management

· Experience with “Train the Trainer”

· Certificate in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design or other learning discipline .

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
