CACI International TRIRIGA Application Developer in Remote (Any State), Virginia
CACI is seeking a TRIRIGA Application Developer to support a contract with CACI.
What You’ll Get to Do:
IBM TRIRIGA Software of application development.
SOAP XML based web service APIs or similar technologies with WebSphere Application Server Experience
Develop and disseminate announcements to for users regarding trainings, quick-reference guides, step-by-step guides, News, and other customer-focused communications
Participate in sprint refinement, sprint review and customer reviews with developers and/or customers, as part of the Agile Development Life Cycle
Advanced Database Structured Query Language (SQL) skills required, Oracle Preferred
Provide cross-functional knowledge with system owners and users.
IBM TRIRIGA Certified Application Developer Certificate Required
Understand and describe two major TRIRIGA functional areas, as delivered.
Experience with Google Polymer UX & HTML5 Development a plus
LDAP/SAML authentication methodologies a plus
Perform a variety of tasks, work under general supervision typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Formulates and develops complex detailed specifications, code, documentation and related customer information required to complete program development maintenance activities; prepares program logic flow charts and processing diagrams.
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects.
Prepares detailed specifications for programs.
Reviews documentation and related information.
Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation and for all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
Instructs, directs, monitors and checks the work of other systems analysts and programming personnel. Analyzes, codes, tests and documents complex programs.
Consults with users and prospective users on business requirements and provides technical solutions, converts business requirements into system requirements, and translates detailed program specifications into coded computer instructions.
Creates and/ or modifies complex programs to meet user requirements. This includes testing program and system changes.
Analyzes and documents existing application systems to determine processing requirements.
Confers with project manager and representatives of departments affected by program to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, extent of automatic programming and coding use and modification, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.
Identifies and designs applications system alternatives to achieve the needs of the customer's environment.
Meets with clients to determine program requirements. Tests and corrects program errors by altering program steps and sequence.
Analyzes, reviews, and rewrites programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
Provides technical assistance to less experienced application system analyst and programmer staff and clients throughout systems development, modification and implementation.
Recommends application system design approaches and revisions, which streamline programming and operation of the system.
Identifies problem areas and recommends solutions and standards.
Acts as a technical advisor for all levels of programming in regard to specific applications and subsystems.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and ten years of related work experience.
At least 3 years’ experience in TRIRIGA development and configuration
Experience with TRIRIGA Application 10 or more current
Willingness to travel up to 50% if necessary
U.S. citizenship required
Able to obtain a secret clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10 to 12 years of related experience. With at least 3 years with TRIRIGA development and configuration.

RMF a plus
