Job Description Summary

This is a great opportunity for an Entry Level candidate to learn the procurement, subcontracts and buying processes within Corporate Procurement at CACI.

In this role you will be responsible for pre-award activities such as negotiating NDAs, soliciting subcontractor/supplier proposals and negotiating subcontractor/supplier rates and terms and post-award actions including issuing subcontract awards and strategic agreements, handling subcontract and agreement management related issues, maintaining supplier relationships, small business reporting and supporting contract closeout activity.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Under close supervision, you will assist in the management of CACI’s indirect procurement categories, agreements and strategic partnerships in accordance with internal customer requirements, government regulations and procurement policies/procedures.

More About the Role:

  • You will prepare reports, metrics, and presentations.

  • You will analyze spend to identify opportunities for savings and provide recommendations on procurement strategies.

  • You will initiate and manage Request for Proposal efforts for internal customer requirements and needs

  • You will prepare and conduct negotiations on terms and conditions.

  • You will perform price analysis and conduct negotiations on price and price related terms.

  • You will be responsible for keeping management and internal customers informed of the deliverables.

  • Learns agreement standards, plans and policies, and supports contract negotiations.

  • You will maintain contact with staff regarding contract negotiations, preparations and monitoring.

  • You will disseminate information regarding agreements status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.

  • You will help to ensure that agreements and other procurements are in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government relations.

  • You will support the other areas of Corporate Procurement as necessary

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or in progress.

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience

  • Advanced MS Office to include PowerPoint Word and Excel

  • Strong data analytical skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong sense of urgency and organizational skills

  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels

  • Ability to negotiate contract terms with stakeholders
