The CACI Business Development organization is a dynamic and winning team! This newly developed role, reporting directly to the CACI Executive Director for BD Operations & Solutions, will manage the process of interacting with our internal customers through a variety of channels and strengthening our relationship with them. This role will also develop innovative methods of customer engagement in support of the BD organization’s role in expanding CACI’s position as an industry leader in Technology Solutions.
What You’ll Get to Do:
The selected candidate will guide integrated marketing communication campaigns for internal customers to grow the business externally.
This role will lead an innovative employer branding strategy developing compelling messaging to attract prospective talent. Additionally, this initiative will drive and sustain organizational culture to engage and retain current and prospective employees and customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing brand, media content and digital marketing strategies utilizing the latest technologies.
The selected candidate will lead and guide the expansion and deployment of targeted marketing campaigns to assist the BD organization’s customers achieve their business commitments and mission goals.
This role will manage the functions and respective approaches that promote and facilitate successful outcomes across the BD organization, including the areas of internal marketing/branding and customer engagement activities.
More specifically, the role will be responsible for the following:
Marketing & Branding: Developing, implementing, and measuring the success of communications and content that effectively represent the BD organization’s image, culture, solutions and services, and recruiting strategies to external and internal audiences.
Responsibilities also include writing, editing, marketing, media placement and program management of strategic communications campaigns and initiatives, as well as developing and implementing BD awards and recognition programs.
Additional responsibilities include industry and organizational event planning.
Customer Engagement: Managing the process of interacting with our internal customers through a variety of channels and strengthening our relationship with them. Examples of engagement activities include social media, email, websites, community forums and other spaces where the BD organization and its customers are consuming content.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (Marketing, Communications, Design, etc.)
5+ years professional experience
5+ years performing Business Development and Marketing activities (sales, marketing, branding customer engagement)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with SEO Digital Marketing, Metrics Analysis, Adobe and other graphic design tools is a plus!
Recent relevant Masters degree a plus too!
