The CACI Business Development organization is a dynamic and winning team! This newly developed role, reporting directly to the CACI Executive Director for BD Operations & Solutions, will create, share, use and manage the knowledge and information available to the BD organization to achieve organizational objectives. The KM will make the best use of knowledge to improve performance and to inform the application of the knowledge, tools and resources to promote and implement positive change, as required and in support of the BD organization’s role in expanding CACI’s position as an industry leader in Technology Solutions.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • The selected candidate will develop techniques and procedures for organizing, locating, and enabling access to relevant knowledge required to address specific business development goals and tasks.

  • This role will be responsible for creating governance and standards cross-departmentally across the enterprise, workflows and integrated apps.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience leading content and information architecture strategies across an organization.

  • This role will work closely with key stakeholders across the BD org and greater CACI enterprise to maintain consistency at scale and align the content strategy with CACI’s strategic vision.

  • The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of enterprise business systems and led process improvement initiatives supporting both internal and external customers.

  • The ideal candidate should have previous exposure to best practices centered around Business Ops Management, Organizational Change Management, Business Process Management, Master Data Management and other recent technologies enabling enterprise-wide knowledge management organizations and tools.

  • This selected candidate will lead teams to develop high-quality modernized solutions to solve current and predicted business development problems and provide tangible results for enterprise-level IT, BD and legacy workflow systems.

  • This role will manage the functions and respective approaches that promote and facilitate successful outcomes across the BD organization, in the areas of knowledge management and automated workflow.

More specifically, the role will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining the content/knowledge management strategy and leading the content architecture and strategy creating business cases as necessary.

  • Developing, auditing, and maintaining high quality content for Business Development and the greater org based on knowledge demand needs.

  • Evaluating legacy systems and content, then providing solutions addressing obsolete technologies and misinformation.

  • Designing and developing automated web-based workflow applications and processes, databases and other parts to facilitate and empower business development teams to work more collaboratively.

  • Codifying content to make it more searchable and enable tagging, templating, and cataloguing.

  • Implementing a successful and effective streamlined knowledge capture base utilizing technology solutions maintaining high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for multiple CACI audiences.

  • Establish a dissemination plan and guidelines to ensure all targeted audiences have access and awareness to the content available.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

  • 7+ years professional experience

  • 5+ years performing Knowledge Management, Automated Workflow Development and Business Strategy activities.

  • Experience in the following areas: Knowledge Management, Business Development Operations, Organizational Change Management, Enterprise Governance, Policy and Compliance, Capture and Proposal Management.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Master Data Management, Business Process Mining, Data Mining & Analysis, Project Management, and Business Analysis is a plus!

  • Minimum Active Secret Clearance also a plus!
